  1. The radio station 106.7 Lite FM has begun broadcasting Christmas music around the clock, seven days a week, right up to Christmas Day.
  2. It has unofficially replaced its regularly scheduled programming with fan-favorite Christmas music and is currently broadcasting it.
  3. As of Friday evening at five o’clock, the switch was made, which means that you are free to listen to any and all Christmas music you like.

All the way up to Christmas Day, traditional holiday songs such as “Jingle Bells,” “Last Christmas,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” “Silver Bells,” and “All I Want for Christmas Is You” will be continuously played. Up until the end of the year, the radio station will keep playing songs appropriate for the holiday season. The radio station 93.9 in the year 2020 began playing nonstop Christmas music on November 6 in an effort to promote festive happiness throughout the epidemic.

Mick Lee, program director and afternoon show presenter for 93.9 LITE FM, stated in a statement that “this year commemorates our 21st anniversary as Chicago’s Christmas music station.” Through the playing of everyone’s favorite Christmas songs, 93.9 LITE FM is prepared to provide holiday cheer, joy, and hope to the whole Chicagoland area.
